John Min

John Min, the DJ that blends rolling bass lines, harmonic synths and energetic percussions

The Greek DJ, John Min, has recently released ‘Spaced Out’, an original and moving mix.

It’s all about devotion to the sound and a restless quest for the groove that will make everyone move.

Born and raised in Greece, John Min started as a raver and soon realised he wanted to be on the other side of the booth. Always on the lookout for new sounds and music, he soon began to DJ, discovering electronic dance music.
The DJ is now based in Manchester where he is expanding his musical vibrations at the same time that he discovers the wonders of this prominent city. In fact, he has created a mixtape named A Night in Manchester’.

John started DJ-ing professionally in 2015 and since then he has performed at various clubs and festivals, played for large audiences and, has shared the booth with some local DJs like CJ Jeff, Junior Pappa, Thodoris Triantafillou or Mariano Mellino.

While his style may vary somewhere between underground Tech House, Melodic Techno and Techno, he never compromises on quality. John is a dynamic and interactive DJ that with every piece of music crafts an infectious and atmospheric sound. His first tracks were released under labels such as Soleid Records, Zero10 Records, among others.

With his latest release ‘Spaced Out’, the DJ decided to trust the label House Me Up. This track was finished last summer, but John decided to launch it in June 2021. The track is hypnotising and consistent with energetic beats, instrumental sparks and with a subtle feminine voice in the background.

Deep Breath’, ‘Diva´s Soul’ and ‘Spiritual Whisper’ were the first titles of this DJ, released back in 2018. ‘Bantu’ is also one of the most significant tracks for the artist; rhythmically straightforward and with a catchy hook. This track is concerned with setting a mood and driving a rhythm, with a short intro, adding sequentially different rhythmical elements that wrap around each other in a very skilful way.
